اتفاقية العضوية
1. Parties
This agreement is between Smarttek Teknoloji İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, MERSİS 0772172071300001, Karaağaç Konarlı Mah. 10133. Sk. No:2 İç Kapı No:4 Arsuz / Hatay (the "Company") and the person who opens a member account on Moorgen | Smart Kilit Sistemleri (the "Member"). Company details are on the Legal information page.
2. Subject and scope
This agreement governs opening, using and closing a member account. Membership is free. You do not need an account to buy; guest checkout is available. Each order placed through the account is additionally governed by its Pre-Contractual Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement; this agreement does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
3. Formation
Membership is formed when you complete the sign-up form, accept this agreement and click the verification link sent to your e-mail. The accepted version, time and your truncated IP address are stored with your account.
4. Account services
- Order history, order status and invoice download,
- address book and profile,
- cancellation and return (withdrawal) requests,
- newsletter consent and withdrawal, account deletion request,
- dealer prices and details for approved dealers.
5. Account security
Passwords must have at least 8 characters and only an irreversible hash is stored. Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if your account is used without your permission. Sign-in is temporarily blocked after many failed attempts. With "Remember me" your session stays open on that device for 7 days; do not use it on shared devices.
6. Member obligations
Provide accurate information, do not open an account in someone else's name and do not use the site unlawfully or in a way that endangers its security.
7. Personal data and marketing
Account data is processed as described in the Personal Data Protection Notice. Membership is not consent to marketing e-mails; these are sent only with your separate, optional double opt-in consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Order, delivery and security e-mails are not marketing messages.
8. Termination
You may terminate at any time without giving reasons via "Delete account" in your account or by writing to us at info@smartkilitsistemleri.com. Records that must be kept by law (orders, invoices, contract acceptances) are retained for their statutory periods. The Company may terminate or suspend membership only for just cause (false or third-party data, unlawful use, attacks on site security, material breach), with prior e-mail notice unless immediate security action is required. Termination does not affect your rights arising from orders already placed.
9. Changes
Changes are published on this page, with a new version number and effective date, at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept them you may close your account free of charge at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed or your statutory rights.
10. Liability
Except for intent and gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations art. 115), uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Disputes
Turkish law applies. For 2026, disputes below TRY 186.000 may be brought before the provincial or district consumer arbitration committee where you reside or where the transaction took place. Disputes at or above this amount go to the consumer court; mediation is mandatory before filing a lawsuit (Law 6502 art. 73/A). You may also sue in the consumer court of your own place of residence (art. 73/5).
