About this product
V1 is a smart cylinder that replaces the Euro profile cylinder in your door. There is no need to break the door or change the lock body. With the hex key supplied in the box, fitting takes about 10 minutes.
The outer knob has a fingerprint reader on top and a keypad with a card reading area underneath. For code or card, simply turn the knob 90 degrees. The door opens by fingerprint, code, card, the TTLock app or the emergency key.
In the TTLock app you manage several locks from one screen and create permanent, timed, one-time or recurring codes. You can send timed eKeys to family or staff, assign authorised admins and view the unlock records. The app connects to the lock via Bluetooth; to open the door remotely you need a TTLock gateway.
As standard it fits doors 38-50 mm thick, and with extra cylinder parts it extends to 38-120 mm. The inner knob is adjustable, so it also works with asymmetric cylinder lengths. The outer knob measures 42 × 42 × 58 mm.
V1 runs on 3 × 1.5 V AAA (LR03) batteries. If they run flat, connect a power bank to the USB Type-C port from outside and get in, or use the mechanical key. The body is aluminium alloy and brass, available in black and silver. Fitting and installation fees are set separately according to distance and city.
Measure your cylinder before ordering
The V1 ships with a standard 30/30 mm cylinder and fits doors 40–50 mm thick. If your door is thicker or your cylinder is longer on one side, extra parts extend sides A and B separately; the inner side grows in 5 mm steps up to 25 mm. The Euro profile section is Ø16.8 mm and 32.8 mm high.
Protection, battery warning and gateway
The V1 is rated IP55, works from -10 °C to 66 °C and weighs 1 kg. It warns you when the battery drops below 20%. The TTLock gateway is not in the box and is sold separately; with the gateway connected you manage the lock remotely over Wi-Fi and get a phone notification on every entry.

The V1 is a smart cylinder that replaces the existing cylinder in your door: the lock body stays in place and only the cylinder is changed. The catalogue recommends it for doors with an existing cylinder.
Will the cylinder size fit my door?
V1 replaces a standard Euro profile cylinder. As standard it fits doors 38-50 mm thick, and with extra cylinder parts it extends up to 38-120 mm; the inner knob is adjustable too. Before ordering, measure your current cylinder and door thickness and send them to us so we can check the fit together.
How can the V1 be unlocked?
With fingerprint, PIN code, temporary code, card and the TTLock app, and with the mechanical key in an emergency. The app connects to the lock over Bluetooth.
Can I give a guest a temporary code?
Yes. The V1 has a temporary-code feature, so you can give a guest a code that is valid only for the period you set.
What material and colours is the V1 available in?
The catalogue table lists V1's material as aluminium alloy and brass. It comes in black and silver; ask us before ordering which colour is in stock.
Is installation of the V1 included in the price, and how long is the warranty?
Installation is not included in the product price; fitting and installation are charged separately, depending on distance and city. Smarttek Teknoloji Ltd. Can I open the V1 remotely with the app?
Yes, but you need a TTLock gateway for that. Without a gateway the TTLock app connects to the lock over Bluetooth, i.e. when you are near the door. The T400, which uses Tuya, does not need a gateway for remote opening.
Can I fit V1 myself?
The catalogue rates installation as intermediate. The hex key and screwdriver you need are in the box, and fitting takes about 10 minutes without drilling the door or changing the lock body. If you prefer, we can install it for you.
How do I open V1 if the batteries run out?
V1 runs on 3 AAA batteries. If they run out, connect a power bank to the USB Type-C port from outside to power the lock and get in; you can also use the mechanical key supplied in the box.
Which cylinders can V1 not replace?
V1 only replaces a standard Euro profile cylinder. The catalogue marks cylinders with a gear cam and round-bodied cylinders as unsuitable. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your cylinder.
