Bought your Moorgen lock without installation? Our team fits it, sets it up and shows you how to use it.

Bought Your Lock Without Installation

If you did not choose installation with your order, or decided later to have the lock installed, you can buy this service separately. Choose the model to be installed; after payment we call you to book an appointment. The lock is installed by our team or the nearest authorised dealer.

What the Price Includes

Included in installation

  • Fitting and adjusting the lock on the door
  • Checking the latch and the door closing
  • Setting up administrators and users
  • Pairing with your phone on app-enabled models
  • Showing the unlocking methods and how to replace or charge the battery

Not Included

  • Extra work such as enlarging the lock recess or adjusting the frame or profile
  • 12 V power connection for the AC04 access control unit
  • The separately sold gateway needed for remote access on TTLock models (A210, A9, R6, V1, H168, R5, AC04)

How the Travel Fee Is Calculated

The installation price includes travel of up to 30 km round trip from the city centre to your address. Each km beyond that is charged at ₺20.

  1. Round-Trip DistanceThe one-way distance from the city centre to your address is doubled.
  2. First 30 km IncludedThe first 30 km of the round trip are included in the installation price.
  3. Extra km × ₺20Each remaining km is charged; part kilometres are rounded up.

  • The travel fee is not charged with the order; it is paid to the team on the installation day.
  • If several locks are installed at the same address in one order, the travel fee is charged once.
  • When the appointment is booked, the distance and travel fee for your address are confirmed in advance.

    Our team calls you; together we set a suitable day and the travel fee for your address.
