About this product
AC04 is a 3D face recognition access control unit mounted beside the door. It suits entrances to residential complexes, apartment blocks, offices, hotels, schools and hospitals. In the wiring diagram the unit connects to a power supply, a magnetic lock on the door, a doorbell and an exit button inside. On automatic sensor doors it triggers the door motor, and in apartment blocks it triggers the door opener.
There are five ways in: 3D face recognition, fingerprint, passcode, card and the TTLock app. Face recognition uses an HD camera and works with make-up, a hat or glasses, by day and at night. The unit stores 100 faces, 100 fingerprints, 250 passcodes and 1000 cards. There is no mechanical key.
In the TTLock app you can give a person permanent, timed or recurring face access: permanent for a cleaner, two days for a guest, set weekdays for a tenant. You can also create passcodes remotely, send them, and check the entry log in the app.

Tracking staff entries and exits
With the AC04 you control your workplace entrance by face, fingerprint, passcode, card and app, and follow staff entries and exits on your phone. It is also used at the entrances of schools, dormitories, hospitals, factories and warehouses. The unit runs on a 12 V external power supply and needs no batteries; it works at 10–95% humidity.

Does face recognition work with glasses, a hat or at night?
Yes. AC04 uses 3D face recognition with an HD camera; the catalogue states that it works with make-up, hats and glasses, by day and at night. The unit stores 100 faces.
How does AC04 lock the door, and which lock does it work with?
AC04 is the panel beside the door; it does not carry the lock itself. In the catalogue's wiring diagram it connects to a power supply, a magnetic lock on the door, a doorbell and an exit button inside.
Can I give a cleaner or a guest time-limited access?
Yes. In the TTLock app you set face access as permanent, timed or recurring: permanent for a cleaner, between set dates for a guest, on set days for a tenant. You can also create a passcode remotely in the app and send it.
Can AC04 be connected to an automatic sensor door?
Yes. AC04 works with automatic sensor doors: after a successful recognition it sends a trigger signal to the door motor.
