About this product
The T9 is a Moorgen model honoured with the Red Dot design award, and it is made to order. The handle panel is machined from a single piece by CNC, the handle curves inward and the opening button carries a Swarovski crystal. The colour of the Swarovski crystal and of the CNC panel can be chosen; there are interchangeable colour handles and a full-crystal handle option.
You open the door with 3D face recognition, palm vein recognition, finger vein recognition, PIN code, temporary code, IC card, the Moorgen Life app, a remote control (optional, sold separately) or a backup mechanical key. The finger vein reader uses infrared light to read the vein pattern inside the finger, so it also works with dry, wet or peeling fingers. Face recognition works for heights from 140 to 190 cm and in the dark, and it will not open for a photo or video.
There is a 5-inch display inside and a 1 MP HD camera outside: you see who is at the door and talk by video from the app when you are away. If recognition fails twice, an image of the doorstep is sent to your phone. Contact us for price and delivery time.
Push-pull handle and colour options
The T9 is a push-pull lock: you open the door by pushing or pulling the handle. The handle can be made in grey, blue, black, coffee, silver or red, each paired with a Swarovski crystal button in a different colour.

What does the T9 cost, and why can't I add it to the cart?

What sets the T9 apart from other Moorgen locks?

How can the T9 be unlocked?
With 3D face recognition, palm vein recognition, fingerprint (finger vein recognition), PIN code, temporary code, IC card, the Moorgen Life app, a remote control (optional, sold separately) and a backup mechanical key. When typing your code you can add random digits before or after it (virtual code).
Is finger vein recognition different from a fingerprint?
Yes. The reader lights up the inside of the finger with infrared and reads the vein pattern with a camera instead of the surface ridges. That is why it also recognises dry, wet or peeling fingers.
Can I see who is at the door?
Yes. There is a 5-inch display inside and a 1 MP HD camera outside, and you can also talk to visitors by video from the app. If recognition fails twice, an image of the doorstep reaches your phone as an alert.
Can children open the door from inside?
Not with the child lock on. The door opens only when an adult places four fingers on the sensing area behind the handle and presses the opening button with the thumb at the same time. This stops children or pets from opening the door by accident.
