Moorgen Smart Locks Presented at the Sakarya Contractors’ Association

Moorgen smart lock systems were presented to construction industry representatives at the 6th sector programme organised by the Sakarya Contractors’ Association (Sakarya Müteahhitler Birliği). The programme closed with a cooperation agreement between the Association and Smarttek Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., which trades as Smart Kilit Sistemleri and is Moorgen’s authorised master dealer and official distributor in Türkiye. The locks, which open by face recognition, fingerprint, code and mobile app, drew strong interest from the contractors and industry representatives in the room.

Murat Bayrak, chairman of the Sakarya Contractors’ Association, said in his speech that smart locks would start a major change in the construction sector. In his view, security and comfort now come first in new-generation housing projects, and these locks will soon be widely used in homes, villas and residences. Bayrak stressed that smart security technology adds value to buildings and that contractors pay more attention to technical infrastructure every year: “Smart systems will replace keys in the homes of the future. These technologies will open a new era in the sector.”

Special discounts for contractors in Sakarya

İbrahim Culha of Smart Kilit Sistemleri introduced Moorgen as a brand that has proven itself worldwide and explained the agreement: “Today we signed a good agreement with the Contractors’ Association. We will offer special discounts, especially to contractors in Sakarya.”

Culha explained that a smart lock removes the need to carry keys. The door opens by face recognition, code or remote control, and the lock engages by itself as soon as the door closes, so the familiar “Did I lock the door?” worry disappears.

Officials at the programme noted that the advanced face recognition technology offers strong protection against fake face images. The locks can also be operated mechanically in case of a fault.

Culha added that, besides homes, smart locks attract strong interest for offices, accounting rooms, workspaces and areas that need security, as users turn to these technologies for a safer and more comfortable life.
